We don’t hand you a vendor list. Our in-house team handles theme design, event layout, décor, floral treatments, lighting and custom effects — then delivers, installs and breaks down with our own crew. Fully licensed and insured.

We take the information back to our office and prepare a written review of the meeting — then begin the outline of a design tailored to your successful event.

Confirm & recommend

A second meeting to confirm and hone our ideas together, then present our recommendations for the overall design, rentals, services and timeline.

Step 5 · Coordinate

Suppliers & setup

Once the overall design is in place, we contract all the suppliers, coordinate pre-event meetings, supervise setup and do final confirmations on every detail. Your work is generally done.

Day-of production

On the day of your event, we’re there to make sure everything runs as planned. You only need to show up and enjoy. Our staff are in radio contact with one another and coordinate every aspect.

Step 7 · Wrap & review

Cleanup & follow-up

When the event has ended, we do the cleanup, pay the suppliers and take care of the venue. Later, we’ll meet for a post-event analysis — a great way to plan for next year.

Our Event Design service spans theme design, event layout, décor, customized special effects, ice sculptures, interactive games and inflatables. We can take on as much or as little as you need — from design-only engagements to full-service production including rentals, installation and on-site staff.

Our showroom is at 12090 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33966. From that Fort Myers location, we serve Marco Island north to Sarasota and from the islands inland to Clewiston. We also produce larger destination-style events by scope.

As early as practical — larger events benefit from 9-12 months of lead time to source and design properly. We regularly take on shorter-lead engagements including short-notice requests our operations team is known for delivering. Call us and we'll tell you honestly if your timeline is workable.

Either works. We rent tents, tabletop, chairs, staging, lighting, pipe and drape, portable bars, climate control and dozens of other items à la carte. You can also combine rentals with any of our service categories — Design, Consulting, Production or Installation.

Our on-site event staff are in radio contact with one another and coordinate all aspects of the event in real time. You only need to show up and enjoy. When the event ends, we handle breakdown, cleanup, supplier payment and venue return.

Yes — our installation team is fully licensed and insured, with a professional appearance and a 24-hour on-call staff. We'll share current insurance certificates with your venue or planner on request.
